2 eggplants
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon
1 cup of yogurt
5 teaspoons thini
1 teaspoon olive oil
Method :
1.First put the eggplants in the oven for ten minutes
2.Then peel them, put them in a big bowl and mash them
3.Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix them all together
4.Serve cold and garnish with olive oil and some fresh mint
