1 tablespoon olive oil (approximately 15 ml)
1 teaspoon ground cumin (approximately 3 grams)
1 teaspoon paprika (approximately 3 grams)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (approximately 1.5 grams)
1/2 teaspoon salt (approximately 2 grams)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (approximately 1 gram)
Method :
1.Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
2.Thoroughly dry the chickpeas using paper towels to remove excess moisture
3.In a large bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coatedه
4.Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even crisping.
6.Allow the crisps to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them as a healthy snack on their own or with dips like hummus or yogurt sauce.
