How do I use the Food section?

Discover over 1000 recipes, whether you're cooking for one or four, we've got nourishing recipes for every lifestyle and every meal. First go to the filter in "Diets" page. Choose what suits you and then back to ''Diets'' you will find a recipes plan for the whole day. If you want to choose specific ingredients to make your meals with, go to the shopping list at the top corner of the page (Shopping Cart icon) then choose from the items available and you will get recipes with these ingredients.
