How do I get my own diet program?

After subscribing to a suitable package, go to the Diets section from the filter at the top

Choose what diets you belong to:

Vegetarian: It is based on a diet free of meat and fish, but may include dairy products and eggs.

Vegan: Completely refrains from all animal products, including meat, fish, dairy, eggs, and honey.

Lacto-Vegetarian: It is based on plants and dairy products only, excluding meat, fish and eggs.

Ovo-Vegetarian: Includes plants and eggs, but excludes meat, fish, and dairy products.

Pescatarian: A vegetarian system that adds fish and seafood as the main source of protein, excluding other meats.

Choose your goal: Weight loss: Aim to reduce body fat by creating a calorie deficit, i.e. consuming fewer calories than your daily need.

Muscle Building: Focuses on increasing muscle mass through resistance exercises with adequate protein intake to promote muscle growth. 

Cutting Phase: It aims to reduce fat while maintaining muscle mass by reducing calories while focusing on strength training.

Maintaince Phase: His goal is to achieve a balance between calorie consumption and expenditure to maintain a constant weight without increasing or decreasing.
