Start by lying on your right side with your legs straight and feet on top of each other.
Place your right forearm directly on the floor under your shoulder, lifting your body up so that your body forms a straight line from head to heels to perform the side plank.
Place your left hand on your hip or lift it towards the ceiling depending on the level of exercise.
Slowly, stretch your left arm under your torso towards the back, with a slight rotation of the torso so that your hand reaches the area behind you, if possible.
Keep your hips elevated and steady while making this movement.
After reaching your maximum reach, slowly return to the original side plank position, and lift your left arm towards the ceiling again.
Make sure the body is stable and balanced throughout the movement.
After completing the first side repeats for the second side.
